Doreen M. Fisher-Bammer, Ed.D.
HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College Associate Provost, Virtual Learning
Dr. Doreen M. Fisher-Bammer, Ed.D., has enjoyed working within higher education student affairs as well as academic affairs for over 20 years at public, private, four-year and two-year institutions. Currently, she is the associate provost of Virtual Learning at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College. She previously was director of online learning and instructional technology at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, where she fostered growth in the school’s expansion of teaching and learning with technology.
Fisher-Bammer also served as director of e-learning for Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, and director of distance learning for Widener University. In addition to her administrative experience, Fisher-Bammer brings perspective as a faculty member, having taught undergraduate courses in psychology and graduate courses in leadership. Fisher-Bammer received her doctorate in higher education administration from Widener University.
