Ana Borray is Sr. Director for Professional Learning and Development at EDUCAUSE. Ana is responsible for defining and delivering on the strategy of re-imagining professional learning for higher education professionals that support the use of technology at their campuses. An exciting opportunity to help build leaders that drive transformation in higher ed. Ana joined EDUCAUSE in 2015 to lead the efforts of the IPASS grant that focused on student success initiatives to drive an increase in completion rates for all students pursuing a higher education credential, with a focus on closing the gap for minorities and disadvantage populations.

Prior to EDUCAUSE Ana was VP for Client Success at Starfish Retention Solutions in Rosslyn, VA, where she focused her teams’ efforts in helping institutions implement new technologies with measurable outcomes directly tied to student retention and completion. She also held leadership positions at Datatel, Inc. (now part of Ellucian), where she led the product strategy and direction for the student enrollment management software and later built Executive Programs. Both at Barry University in Miami, FL and Columbia University, in New York, NY, Ana was a catalyst for leading change efforts that leveraged technology in strategic and meaningful ways.
